    ⌚️I’ve been immersed in the real estate world for about a decade now, starting at 15 years old. My journey began by observing and participating in the buying and selling processes back when my family was buying our second home, which laid the foundation for my deep understanding of the industry.


    🧐 Over the years, I’ve been increasingly involved with my family’s business, Edgely Renovation. This experience has allowed me to witness diverse properties across the GTA, learning what renovations enhance home values and what to watch out for when buying. I understand how to maximize benefits for sellers and buyers alike.


    🎓 I pursued my Mechanical Engineering degree at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), graduating in 2023. My education taught me resilience, project management, and problem-solving skills, essential traits needed in real estate and construction.


    🏡 During university alongside my engineering education, I also completed seven additional courses through Training Ontario to obtain a builder’s license from the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA), the governing body of Ontario that regulates home builders. Now, I'm the director of Edgely Builders where I oversee the construction of new custom homes.


    💯 With extensive exposure to residential properties and a decade of serving clients through our family's business, securing my real estate license through education from Humber College was a natural progression for me. I’m passionate about helping clients buy their first home, find their dream home, build their dream home, or identify the right investment property for them. My goal is to ensure buyers and sellers make well-informed decisions and serve their best interests at all times.
